Who's the 'top dog' in your tank?

Just recently my male krib (not fully grown) has put my 5inch male green terror in his place so much that i might have to remove the male krib.

My 6 inch Ellioti is the boss in mine :good:

I used to keep Kribs, and my female was very mean

The male bullied the female to death too, i was too late to move her :-(

My firemouth dominates my 2 convicts.

Rex....my half moon platy...he's the smallest platy....but boy he makes up for it! :shifty:

I am :good:

But in regards to fish, my convict seems to think he's the master at this point, though the raphael catfish seems to have not a care in the world in regards to the convicts aggression, so I think the raphael is just the passive master of the aquarium's community ;)

Used to be my 5" Blood Parrot, until I added a 9" Green Severum -_- Hopefully the BP becomes the top dog again. I love the BP

My Ellioti is boss in my 180 and my male Jade Eyed in the bigger tank. Shouldn't be too long before my Oscar takes over though. lol.

Also, the reason your Raphael Catfish won't be bothered by the Convict is because they're pretty much bullet proof!

He has bulletproof attitude too  It's a chore to get him out of his favorite log when it's cleaning time, and when I'm vacuuming the sand, he'll swim right up to my hand without a care while the others are avoiding me  He's my favorite of the tank, though he's not out much, it's nice to see him zooming around at night with the moon lights on though :good:

I had a striped raph and a spotted one too. hever really saw either of them so i moved them on. Be careful of their spines though... they hurt much! I had to smash up (bit by bit) a root ornament that my spotted decided to call home as he locked his fins and didn't want to come out.

My 4 inch green severum in the main tank, he took on my oscar a few times who was 10 inches. Sold the oscar so he wee severum has a go at everyone else and he's the smallest.
The other tanks are pretty peaceful to be honest.

Got to love the apple snails though, they go where they want and do as they please, they don't care about anything so it seems. I know they're not a fish but find them very funny to watch.

Oh, minnnts bristlenose are pretty bossy.

Yeah, they're quite the nocturnal little guys, and mine loves to squish himself into areas that are too small, so I'm very careful about my decoration choices. He solemnly comes out during the day (though he does come out on occasion) so some low lighting during night time helps to see them zoom around at night

I've always wanted a spotted one as well, but I've never seen them in stock online or at the LFS
