Whole Site Slow Again?

Well, as the title states, the site is becoming harder and harder to use for me at the moment, it takes a good 30 seconds to load each page now.

Anyone else?

IE, FF, Netscape, Opera and Safari (sorry, webdeveloper ) all load instantly for me.
Are any other forums slow?
Have you tried clearing your temp files? I sometimes find sites that I visit frequently run slow if my temp files have built up.

How do I do that? On safari if it makes a difference..
