i am woundering how many pleco's and other cleaning fish i can put in my 40g tank how many is to much ? i am thinku=ing 3 pleco's and some other little things but i don't know that much i am just starting ?

A common pleco can grow to about 12" or more you'd probably better getting 1 or you can get other types of plec that doesn't grow to big like the zebra plec, check the website planetcatfish.com

If you want a really nice loooking plec which doesnt grow too big i would definately recommend the Zebra Plec. They are absolutely stunning fish and they only grow to around 4 inches.

The only problem with this fish is that they can be quite expensive. Here in the UK the cheapest one ive come across was £54!!

Id also recommend cories for bottom feeding fish. They are really cute and are very playfull when kept in a shoal.
