I have no idea what is going on with your fish.

I am in the States and because you are calling this whitespot, I am assuming that you are in the UK.

I would suggest that you get Wilder in the Emergencey forum or by PM to help you.

You should be prepared to give exact tank information and water parameters, the meds used and the dosing used. The meds are different in the States so it would be better to be helped by someone who knows your meds.

It may be velvet, velvet can often be mistaken for whitespot

Tell us the water parameters of the tank, esp. ammonia, nitrate and nitrite. What is the temperature? What filtration have you been using; when was the last water change and the last filter maintenance?

Tell us the med/s you are using; what, how much and when you put them in the tank. Tell us any water changes you have done between med applications.

Are your fish flicking? What behaviors have you seen change in the fish. When did you notice the difference?

For now if you have completed a round as the directions specified, do a 25% water change and run some carbon. If the package directions are a different % follow the medication package directions for the meds. But do a water change and run carbon. Let's clear whatever you are using and reevaluate.

Velvet is also a skin parasite and can use some of the same meds, I believe. But I have seen columnaris in a tank with the heater turned too high look like white spot or velvet. Let's try to do a proper diagnosis.
