Whitespot Or Fungus?! On Cardinal Tetra :(

What is wrong with my cardinal tetra? Is it white spot or a fungus?
This white patch is symmetrical on both sides of its body
pH - 7.6
Temp - 80'F
160L
all my other tetras and fish are fine,
I've raised the temperature, is there anything else I should do?

its not white spot so prob a fungus but i cant see clearly in these pictures

also this is prob fungus i didnt read ur post just the title and picture my betta had something like this same shape aswell it turned out to be fungus so thats my guess

+1 for it not being whitespot but as it's the same both sides I would wonder if it's something internal.
