I have a urgent question > I don't know what to do . I have white worms on my glass in my tank with my baby discus.I don't know if they are parasitic in nature or what. i have never notice them before .They've recently showed up.

It could be planaria, they are not parasitic and your baby discus might eat them at some point.
They are usually found in tanks which are overfed, more than likely since you have babies that need frequent feeds.
Increased gravel cleaning could help by removing the worms
Planaria and lots of fry often go hand in hand sometimes with all of the extra feeding..My fish love to munch on them when they see them. Not a huge worry,but a sign to siphon more.
I freaked when I first saw them too. I didn't used to vacuum the gravel much since I have plants, but I do now, since the onset of them crawling all over the tank................... They aren't harmful, but kinda "ewwy".
