I bought some frozen worm cubes for the fish to eat but they didn't really seem interested in them, they had a little nibble but left them to disintergrate....anyway the next day I noticed that there were little white string like stuff about 1-2mm long stuck to all 4 windows of the tank, I've done water changes since then and washed the windows and it removes it for a while but then it just comes back.
Any help would be appreciated

did you defrost the cubes before you feed them? and only feed about a 1/4 of the cube?

I believe that I might of had what you have and i got rid of it by underfeeding, 2 25% water changes for 2 days. This was two days ago and now it looks clear. It might go away like mine has.
I had a fungus problem recently also and now that it under control, this was my problem. This is what i believe was the white stringy stuff on the walls. There was a lot of dead organic matter (food and for some reason my mopani wood) in the tank which caused this.
