White stuff on water surface

Hi Abou a week ago i turned my filter off and forgot about if till the morning and now there's this white\green film floting on top of the water, Does any1 know wot it is?

water chemistry haven't testes yet but will post reasults ASAP.
I think it might be algee but I've never seen it like this before. It's always been there but it usualy looks like some sorta oil.

Any help would be nice!

Some flake foods leave an oily residue on the surface which if left for several days sort of looks whitish.

Yea that happened to one of my tanks. does the film stick to your dry hand when you stick your hand in it. It never hurt my fish but it looks aweful! Just do a 10% water change (gravel vacume) that seemed to clean it up for me
