White Streaks inside tank?

I have just bought a Rio125 and have had the water in it now for nearly a 5 days but have noticed white streaks inside the tank, is this normal? Can I clean this? What is it?

Also, what is the ideal temp. for a tropical tank 78F?

Are you sure its inside and not out? Sometimes powerheads at the surface can push water up and over the lep of the tank which will lead to white streaks on the side
