White spots

My 2 newest fish a Australian rainbowfish and a giant danio both have developed tiny white bumps on the bottom lips. What is this, any ideas? Also the Giant Danios bump looks like it has little strings hanging from the bump. Is it ich or white spot? What is a good cure to use?

You will need to treat the fish with anti internal bacteria med for the bumps on the mouth, good luck, also what are your test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.

the water is fine, I think it was from the fish at Wal-mart
