white spot?

Can any one help me? I just introduced a silver dollar to my community tank last week and seem to have a problem with white spot. Treated tank and adjuter heater but not shifting well. Can anyone tell me how lng it takes to clear???

Depends on how bad it is, sometimes it can ake two courses of treatment, it's not an easy thing to get rid of, maybe add a little bit of salt if you have no scaless fish, not to much as tetra's don't like salt either, also cover the tank up with a blanket.

Thank yor for help!! I will give it more time. Fish seem more healthy and my neons appear to be clearing!!!
