White Spot

Hi guys.
Well as the title says, its gunna be about the old whitespot.
After moving my pearscale from a 2 week quarentine to the main tank a few days back, it has now conntracted whtiespot! Typical.
At the minute, the other 3 fish in the main tank show no symptoms. What would be the best thing to do?
Should I move all the fish to the quarentine tank or just the affected fish to treat it.
I do have some eesha oodinex lying around which is invert and live rock safe so I could treat in the main tank with that but I dont know how effective it is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i would go down the old school route of copper/ QT

I think it must have just been sand or air bubbles or something. The white spots sead to dissapear in about an hour!
Will keep an eye out however.

Could have just been little stress spots
