White spot on zebra danio mouth

Hi,
One of my danio has white spot like salt on his mouth. i didn't see any yesterday. I have google it, it called ich.
1. What should i do to get rid the ich?
2. Do i need to change all the water?
3. Will it spread to my other fish?
4. Should i seperate the fish with other?

Don't add chemicals unless you know what the problem is.
