Hi All,
I looked in my show tank this morning and have found whitespot on a couple of my rams.
The thing is, becauase it's my main show tank I don't really want to put any treatments in because I know how it can damage the tank and set the tank back. If I was going to use a treatment then I would use WS3 but I am not sure how my apisto's will tolerate it or if it will damage the plants. At present I have the following fish but only my Rams have it:
50 Cardinals .
12 Rummy nose tetras.
6 Rams.
5 Pentazona Barbs
4 Apisto Cacatuoides.
4 Apisto Hongsloi.
3 Congo Tetras.
1 Zebra Plec.
1 Tiger Plec.
What do you reckon I should do ?
The options i can think of are:
1 Take the affected fish out and treat them in hospital tank.
2 Do a large water change and remove the affected fish.
2 Bite the bullet and treat the main tank.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers Apisto.
