white precipitate on water top

hey guys

i am currently cycling a new tank tank for the baby guppy fry
now the water had been treater with aquasafe and a Ph buffer
but ive discovered alot of white precipitate on top of the water and there aslo seems to be a mist of white residue on the galss to

is this calcium deposits as i aint got it on my main tank
or is it something else

I think it is a calcium deposit. I have it on my 4 gallon and it's harmless.
