white pimple on pleco

Hi,
Today I got to see my pleco's belly as he was sucking on the glass and I noticed a tiny, white pimple/bump type thing where his arm pit would be if he had arms (bad analogy but I'm having a glass of wine right now). Any ideas of what this is?

My gourami has one on her 'chin'. I don't think it's cause for concern until it pops or changes colour.

Maybe fish get pimples, just like us, lol?

BTW, I just had a look at your site, I go absolutely ga-ga for this type of art. There was a guy in Sydney who I saw a few years back, he was painting images of the Harbour Bridge (how typical). I've been trying to find him ever since to buy some artwork, but I've found you instead!

weird, i just tried to post but it didn't work...I'm on my 3rd glass of wine now anyway so who knows.
again. yes it's my work and I ship anywhere. I'm planning to make my way to sydney to paint hopefully sooner than later. If I run into some $$$ maybe this winter. and thanks for the compliment!
