My betta has been dealing with this for about a month now. First there was parasites in his tank ( flukes ), that got better but then this weird white patch appeared on him along with one on his bottom fin after we got rid of the flukes. I’m not sure if it’s fungus, bacteria, wound. Maybe stress related. I hope it’s not a tumor. I should mention he did lose his dorsal fin about 5 months ago due to fin rot, and it just never grew back. Idk if that has something to do with it. I’ve also noticed he is fading a bit, has some dark grey areas on him. And also tiny little lumps within the fins, mostly on the bottom fin. I have no idea what’s going on with him. He still eats great, and he is pretty active too. Gets a good diet. His water quality is good. I can not figure it out. Please help, what do you guys think it could be. I’m really worried, and I don’t know what would be best for him.

What sized tank?
What are the exact water quality results?

@Colin_T can probably help

How long has the fish had the weird patch on its back and the lump on the anal fin?

What did you use to treat the fin rot and fluke?

It could be a bacterial infection or scar tissue.

Wipe the inside of the glass with a clean fish sponge.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for 2 weeks.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks. Wash filter media/ materials in a bucket of tank water and re-use the media. Tip the bucket of dirty water on the garden/ lawn.

Add 2 heaped tablespoons of rock salt, sea salt, or swimming pool salt for every 20 litres (5 gallons) of tank water. Keep the salt in there for 2 weeks.
When you do water changes, add salt to the new water before adding it to the tank so the salinity (salt level) remains stable.

If there's no improvement after a few days with salt, post more pictures.
