A number of my fish have developed a white area on their noses/top lip.

Anyone got any ideas what it might be?

Cotton mouth, aka, columnaris/fungus?

What are your water stats, what fish and how many?

Nitrite = 0
Nitrate = 0
pH = 6.4 (lower than normal but I am running pressurised Co2 now)
Ammonia = 0.25

On the Clown Loach, and a few of the Pentazonian Barbs have it a bit too. none of the other fish have it, they are Kissing Gourami, Dwarf Gourami, Sailfin Molly, Corydora Catfish & Cardinal Tetra.

I took them all out of the tank this weekend and put them in a small tank for most of Sunday. During this time I emptied the main tank, cleaned it, replaced the substrate with sand/JBL Aquabasis + & Oliver Knott Naturesoil, did a 60% water change and planted a load of plants. I have also started EI dosing since Monday too.
