hey, do you know when the water level in the tank get low and those white marks on the tank are made? i don't really know the name of it, but i got lots of it on my tank... my tank was used before i got it, so it was there a long time, and i was wondering on how to remove those things, if possible.

hi there and welcome.

okay so it is mineral deposits. usually calcium, it is caused by hard water. dont worry it is not a problem.

to remove it i would suggest draining the tank completely. taking everything out and use white vinegar. but before you do this can you please give me some stats on your tank. is it cycled. what fish have you got, how big is it, how long has it been running for ect,

The OP already has a thread where we're discussing his stocking :)

Whatever these white marks are, and they probably are mineral deposits, I agree with Sean that you're going to need to empty the tank to get them off

the tank is active for over a few months, it's about 60 liters, and has an upside down catfish and an oscar (i asked about those two in another thread, and i guess i need to find a new place for these two...)
but way would any of these matter when draining and cleaning the tank?

Limescale, which is what white stuff is called, is made up of dried up minerals. It can be quite hard to remove.

You might have to use vinegar, or lemon juice, or salt to get it off, and you would NOT want any of those things getting in the water with your fish. It could make them very sick.
