Hi,

This white fuzz has developed in my tank over the last couple of weeks. I do weekly water changes and only feed every other day.

I'm not quite sure what that is. Could you get a picture with a magnifying glass at all?

If they are moving freely I would say they are copepods or something similar (harmless). If not probably a ciliate or something similar :)

It's definitely not copepods, they're aren't free swimming. It looks more similar to a mold or algae. Here are some closer up pictures.

Vorticella! Harmless microfauna that feed on bacteria in the water. They're common in unbalanced tanks, but tend to reduce in population as things mature

The round things look a bit like the harmless rhabdocoela eggs. These worms often are mistaken as planaria, but are harmless and normal in many tanks
