White Fungus/Lice Looking Thing On My Salmon Cats

Help Me Please, I Woke Up This Morning And Noticed My Salmon Cat Fish Have This White Strips (looks like there skin is peeling or something) Its All Over 1 Of The Fish, But The Other Is Only Just Starting To Get It, Im Afraid Of Having To Kill It Off To Save My Other Fish. Is It Some Kind Of Lice Or Fungus? Is There Any Treatment Or What Can I Do? I Have Tried To Describe It As Best I Can.
