White Eye

my 4 year old tin foil has one eye that has gone milky white can anyone tell me what that could be?

It sounds like it could either be a vitamin deficiency through poor diet, some kind of parasite or it may have just knocked it causing physical damage.

What are your water stats? Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and pH? How big of a tank is it, and what tanmkates are there?

Also, are there any other signs of illness such as scratching against objects or any other physical changes?
