White Cloudy Water

My tank overnight seemed to turn cloudy white and it isn't going away..... I have not over fed my fish, it is not over stocked and all filters are running optimally. Any suggestions? John in NYC

i had same prob when i first had my tank running removed the carbon from filter and added filter floss and after 3days it was crystalish clear again<as can be for a cichlid tank>

Definately post this in the NTH or TC section of the forum. But they are going to want more information - what kind of fish and how many, what are your Nitrite/Nitrate/PH/Ammonia levels etc.
