white biofilm

i have a 30 gallon tank which contains 3 rainbow darters and a blue spotted sunfish. i feed then frozen food cubes- 2 a day.
too much?
there is a lot of white filmy stuff on the glass.

The stuff on the glass may be bio film. Can you supply water parameters such as PH, Ammonia, Nitrites and Nitrates? API liquid Master test kit is good for this.

Oh. BTW, an image of the tank showing the white stuff would also help a lot.
