white and slightly protruded eye on my convict

Help me please,
my cons first fry are just becoming free swimming, I was so happy!
And now when I got home last night, I saw that one eye of the male was white!
I notice that the female is a little bit agressive towards him, could she have caused the injury?
Or is it a disease? if so, what to treat with?

usually caused by poor water conditions.

daily waterchanges will help. what are your readings>?

the water is okay actually
no nitrites, and since I'm doing 20% water changes every week, nitrates should be fine too...
I'll change the water some more anyway...
