Whiptail Catfish Advice

Just Looking for some advice on Whiptail Catfish.
I have had my tank running for about 4 weeks and have 10 Blackl Neon Tetras and they are all doing Great!
I am thinking of getting a Whiptail Catfish. I have a pH of 6.5, my nitrate, nitrite and ammonia levels are totaly normal and my GH and KH are at sutible levels for soft water. My tank is as it is in my signiature.

Do you guys think I should get one?
Thinking of maybe Getting Some Discus In the Future?

was it cycled from fresh as it were or did you kick start it with a mature filter?

My Tanks Dimentions are as follows, 120x48x40cm.
I started out with a Fresh Filter not a matured one.
I took my water to my Local Aquarium and they said the water was fine.
