Which Species

The missus has bought and planted some from the LFS.

One even I know is Purple Waffle and is coming straight out!

What are the other 2 though? Bin or keep?

not a clue mate sorry they dont look that aquatic to me but i may be wrong

Both are non-aquatic. The first may pass for H. corymbosa, but I have not seen a variety with varigated leaves. The other next to the purple waffle, looks like the green form of a Dracaena.
