Which Shrimps

hi ive set up my aquaqube(nearly) and i need to get some algae eaters so ive chosen shrimps
but ive seen two species that are in my price range the cherry shrimp and the algae shrimp
they seem to need the same requirements and they live with the same temperments
but the look different i think cherry shrimps look nicce

but im open fo advice
ps if anyone has pics of any shrimps in their tank plz can they post a few pics if possible
