Which Plec Should I Get?

Hello to anyone out there who has had experience with Pitbull Pleco (Parotocinclus Jumbo) or any Dwarf Gold Spot Pleco (Parotocinclus Spilosoma)


I am really thinking about getting some Pitbull Pleco or Dwarf Gold Spot Pleco I cant decide which and i need help choosing from people who have had or own these pleco.
Can you tell me :
Can you tell me abit about the plec or plecs you have owned, what is there personality like etc?

And how big is the tank you have them in? How many do you have?
How many would you reccomend keeping as a minimum?
These particular plecs really prefer to be in groups so how many?
What is your setup like and have you ever got them to breed? And if so how?

Which should i get? Which one is the most peacful and playful?
Which is most likely to breed?

Is there any other pleco that is good at algae cleaning and peaceful that would/could fit it a 20gallon?
I havent got any other tanks I could move it to if it outgrows the tank so it would have to be small and stay small. Oh and ideally it looks good! but thats not a must.

P.S. do you have any pictures of either pleco that you could put on for me??

That list is more suited for plec choices for a 4 foot tank not a 20 gallon tank. The two you mentioned are your best bets or have you considered the whiptail or twig catfish? Kind of like a skinny plec
