i have a trigon 350 corner tank (75gal)

i may be gettin rid of the 2 bannded leporinus i have in the tank because of my RTBS bullys them to hell and back. The shark dosnt bully any one else :S

if i get rid of the leporinus what oddball could i get

i would have in the tank

1 yoyo loach
1 RTBS
2 Pictus catfish

Edit - 75gal uk

You should have a few more pictus cats, say 5 or so. Along with these larger barbs or rainbowfish would be fine.
You could also have one or two larger oddballs such as 3 Reedfish or 2 senegal bichirs. Do u have any thoughts yourself about other fish to go in D4N?

i was planning to get more pictus

i just need more hiding places which is my job 2moro got loads of slate to play with :p

i was thinking about bichirs or peacock eel

any other thoughts

I would suggest a jade or dragon gobie. You could keep these fish together with no problems. Or I would agree add some more pictus cause pictus cats need a group. A bichir would do great to. Never heard of peacock eels any pics?? If you want a eel I would suggest a tyre track eel . This is just my opinion.

This is a corner tank right? If so, the dimentions wouldnt be very good for bichirs or most of the other cool fish. If i had that tank i'd probably put some cichlids in it instead. I'd put a couple Geophagus in there. Keep in mind, a fish that can go into a standard 75 gal cannot always live in the 75 gal corner... Footprint is more important than gallons for most fish.

Dragon gobies are brackish fish, i learnt that to my own cost. You could have a pair or senegal or palmas bichirs, but if one gets too agressive then be perpared to move it. A pair of peacock or tyretrack eels would also be ok as well as the extra pictus. You could also try climbing perch or other larger anabantoids eg any ctenopoma sp. Ur best bet is a trio of peacock eels and a senegal bichir.

Pictus don't 'need' to be in a group. They are often become territorial as they age.

Tiretrack eels would be too large I feel. Dragon gobies as mentioned are brackish.

Most suggestions have been bottom dwellers also, I'd try for more upper dwellers.

Personally I'd add say 4 more yoyo's, a group or some kind of cichlids again around 4 and maybe some kind of larger open water fish, larger tetras or barbs or rainbow fish.
