Which is best for my tank?

i have done a bit of reading and i think i could keep the following fish...

Kribensis Cichlid
Checker Board Cichlid
Keyhol Cichlid

i have a 44gallon tank, Sand Substrate. im gonna post some pics in a mo so you can see what i have.

i was wondering which would be best for my tank and which tankmates could go with the choice...?
