Which fish are these?

Hi all, I was given this tank and fish as a present but the person forgot what the fish were called! I’ve uploaded a picture. I don’t think they’re tiger barbs but can’t find an alternative! Thanks in advance!

I think either D. pentazona or D. hexazona. They are very similar, but pentazona has a dark marking at the back of the dorsal fin and hexazona does not. According to seriously fish.

Personally, I think it is D. Hexazona.

hi - thank you - yeah they look like the ones. The tiger barns have black fins as you say and these don’t. Thanks for the help!

I know - it’s just the fins that don’t look the same. Driving me mad trying to “google”! Looks like Circus has found The right ones - d. Hexazona.
