Which Filter Do You Recommand For A 37 Gallon

The kit I was going to buy came with a Penguin 200 filter and I have read some bad reviews about this one. I want a good filter that will not make to much noise.
 
I just don't want to regret my purchase, if it's better to buy things separately then that's what I'll do.

Do yourself a favor and hop on eBay, and get one of the older AquaClear filters, the ones before they switched the product to Fluval.   I would grab something rated for 50 gallons, then dial it down if you really need to!  Another good hang on filter is the Eheim Liberty series.
