I am looking to 'upgrade' our current fishtank (Juwel Rio 180) and I like the Eheim Scubaline 130. And that is my problem. Has anyone seen in same in the UK? We would need it delivered as well.
We have discussed that we do not want to get another Juwel Rio (it is our 3rd Juwel tank, and they are great, but we would like something different this time). We also want a bigger fishtank, as just to change the tank to the same size seems a waste of money ant time. We also want to upgrade to external filter, so buying Juwel and then changing a filter is not something we would want to do...
So Eheim one sounds great, it is 460l for a not much more space than the Rio 300 would take, fits perfectly in the place left for the fishtank in our newly redecorated living room, and would match new furniture nicely as well.
I spent days trawling through the internet to see anyone in UK selling it. No luck!!! I found it first on the German online aquatic shop that we have used few times before, and then saw on other websites, and the prices are about 980 - 1130 euros.
This weekend we went around some fish shops and we actually found the fishtank in store in Stockport! It looks even better close up than online. However, the tank is too big to fit in our car to bring home and the shop doesn't deliver. The price - £1050... Ok, it is not too bad, but it still needs filter and heater at least.
So, can anyone help, please?...
