Where does your betta sleep?

One of my Betta Coccina females gave me a heart attack the other day because I turned on the light to see a fish resting upside down in a curved position on some moss. I thought she was dead until she suddenly realised the light was on and flared into life. The two males take turns in the cave they've got in there. They've got other caves but they both like that particular one.

My betta sleeps up top, resting on the soft leaves of my Anacharis. My old betta used to sleep on my Anubias leaves. I guess each betta has his own preferences. :)

My betta will sometimes rest on top of the upside down long stemmed wine glass I put in the tank . You can see it in my video. I attached an anubias plant to it. He rests right under the leaves which are near the surface of the tank. He has the 5 gallon filtered, heated tank all to himself.

My betta would usually sleep on anubias heterophylla, now he'll sleep anywhere as he is currently fighting dropsy..
Pray for Candy.. :-(

On the ground almost upside down

Hank always wakes up before I do so I don't know for sure where he sleeps yet, but I've caught him resting on this particular moss ball that creates a smaller space between the tank wall and his bridge. He's so cute when he sticks his head up!

Fun fact: Hank is not a morning fish. I can always tell when he just woke up because he gets groggy and uncoordinated, which is why I have to feed him at 10 and not 8 or hes a sleepy mess

I wish that Candy wouldn't have dropsy now :( He still would be the old himself.

My Betta sleeps resting on the sand under a cryptocoryne, vertical in a corner or on his side halfway up his moss wall. He is a master of playing hide and seek in his 5 gallons.

Mine sleeps inside a tiki head ornament. When I come near the tank in the morning, he pokes his head out and then swims to his normal feeding spot looking for his pellets. Cute.
That’s so cute! Some of mine sleep in their caves, a couple sleep on the sponge filter, and a couple in their plants.
