Where Do The Go?

ok so i read something ealier but couldn't get a clear answer. My Clown Loaches dissaper. Literally they do i feed my fish last nite and thought i would pay extra attention to the clowns but i look away and they are both gone in a second. I looked all over the tank even with a flash light but i couldn't find them. But then This morning i look and they are swimming around like nothing happend. Does anyone have any info?

They are Houdini's and capable of finding almost any crevice or crack and hide in there. You'd be amazed some of the places they are found getting into.

They can also bury themselves in your substrate.
