Where Did The 'new Topics' Bar Go?

hey guys,

Just wandering, my 'new posts' bar usually to the right is no longer there? has it been removed in the upgrade? or can i put it back on?

IT'S BACK!!!

You could click 'view new content' instead, you get everything that would normally appear in the box and more.

But it involves futher scrolling and more inconvenience....my finger is lazy
