Where Can I Get A Hood For This Tank?

I was given this tank to put my guppy fry in, but I quite like the size and shape as it fits a piece of furniture I have. I would therefore like to get a hood and a light for it.

I thought at first about getting an arc pod and a condensation cover or a sliding glass cover, but then I wondered if I could actually get the light and cover in one.

Its 18 inch long and 10 inch wide at widest part, 7 inch wide at narrowest edges. (a flat back hexagon)
