When I Cycle Tank

Hi i need some advice please
when i cycle my new tank is it ok to do so
with my decorations in,
i want to put rocks and java moss,java fern and some copy ones

Decorations are fine. As for plants, they thrive in an ammonia rich environment - they'll probably never grow quite so well once the tank's mature than they will during the cycle.

what fish would you put in and how many to
cycle a 180L

Do not put any fish into a tank to cycle it. Instead it is better to use ammonia to cycle your filter. There is a thread that describes how to do a fishless cycle right here on TFF. I have a link to it in my signature area because the question comes up so often.
