Whats Wrong?

My tank has just went under tremendous stress and my fish have ich (or fin rot). They are all at the top of the tank. Does this mean theres not enough oxygen? How can I help them? Thanks

Can you post test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, do an immediate water change if they are gasping at the top of the tank.

I just added new water... as my heater went haywire and raised the temp. I had the water checked and all levels were fine... despite a slightly low ph. Im just wondering if it could be the stress, or if they are not getting enough oxygen from the medicine. thanks for your reply!

You have added the correct amount of medicine and not overdosed, maybe dilute the med abit with a water change.

MelaFix will help the fin rot. To cure ICH add some aquarium salt and raise the temp to 83 degrees+. Also another air stone will help them heal.
