Does anyone know what is wrong with this oto or how to make him better or if my other otos will get sick from him?

Ich (Ichthyophthirius multifiliis) is a Parasitic protozoa, Protozoa are single-celled organisms, not fungi.

The oto started getting more red on him//her , but i happy to say after a 10 min epsom salt bath i cant tell my otos apart anymore
