Whats wrong with my Platy?

Hi everyone,

I woke up today and noticed my small platy with some kind of injury under it's dorsal fin. Not sure if there's anything i can do or if i just leave it?

Your honey gourami has some excess mucous on its dorsal fin too.

Check your water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

If there's no improvement after a couple of big water changes, post some more pictures.
