Whats wrong with my Krib?

I've just noticed today that my male has a very swollen belly (I'm not over-feeding them) and he seems to have no balance. He will sometimes lay on the bottom of the tank and find it a struggle to swim up. If and when he does get up from the bottom, he has no balance and swims into things ie. the side of the tank

Please help, need to know if its too late and/or my other fish are at risk. TIA

it could have been a number of things
i would do a slight water change, check your water perams
and watch your other fish closely for any odd behavior
i doubt your other fish will get it unless your water is bad or your heater is on the fritz
