what’s wrong with my gourami??

she’s been sitting in this corner of the tank for about 2 weeks now. it’s only 20 gal, and she’s the only one in here. she won’t eat but she’ll come to the top every once in a while to get air. this is the most i’ve seen her swim around in a minute but she looks like she’s twitching?? i love her so much i’m so worried. what can i do?
