What's wrong with my betta fish?

Theres something wrong with my betta fish and I don't know what to do, any help?
He looks like he has a bloated stomach so I stopped feeding him but today I notice his scales coming off in that area and there's a red spot from that.

Are there other fish in the tank with him? Any sharp decor?
He looked bloated, but that spot looks like an injury.

He's the only fish and I think I did over feed him. The decorations are all silk plants and a cave type of thing made out of smooth rock

He is very bloated, Stop feeding him for 2 or 3 days If the bloating hasnt gone down please let us know.

Is the tank cycled
Has it got a heater, What is the water temp
Tank size
How often do you change water
What water conditioner do you use.
Water Temp.
Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
How long have you had the fish.
What do you feed him and how much.
