What's up with my white betta?!?!

This is the solid white betta I found awhile back...Since I got him he has turned red on the anal and dorsal fins...I change his water every 3 days,he gets fed every other day and he is the most active betta I have,constantly flaring and making bubble nests. What is making him turn that red color??

Maybe it's actually his true color? Perhaps all of the clean water and good food has enhanced him a bit He's lovely either way

I hope so. He isn't sick or anything...Maybe he was just pale from stress when I bought him. That scared me,I had to ask. Thanks for replying.

its probably just the red wash.. my opaque has it.. sometimes its more visible than other times

I think he looks very very pretty.....I mean white is cool....but white with red? Can you get any better??? hee hee. Time for bed for moi! Bon soir!
