Whats The Point Of Hidden Posts

just a few days ago i posted advice for an oscar keeper regarding what he seemed to think was old age HTH.. made me very angry as he possibly had no idea what the condition was caused by etc.. anyway long story short n all that.. what the point of these hidden posts? its not the first time ive posted and its not even been "listed"

Are you referring to the post in the species profile on Oscars Shelagh?

If so, these posts arent hidden, just awaiting approval by a Mod, which obviously hasnt happened yet. But I know the post and yes, he needs to be told, its unlikely old age, but poor water quality and diet.

Can you please PM me a link to the thread in question?

The moderators can remove a post from public viewing if something that broke the rules was written. Or, if someone is on probation, their posts won't appear until a moderator reads and approves what was written.

However, I am thinking that more than likely what you wrote there may be a software bug. Because I don't see anything "behind-the-scenes" to see what would have caused what you were saying.

maybe he's just unsure, on of the lfs down south sells them looking like that,he said when he joined hes in the southwest,maybe he got them there ...shouldnt laugh, theres a pertition on another forum to get it closed down
