I want a tortoise and so this aquarium with two tanks within a stand, would this be any good for a tortoise?

I'm no expert, I think the main difference is that a vivarium will open from the front making it easier to clean and easier to get the animal in and out. Plus they normally have a heat lamp fitted.

Vivariums are generally bigger than most tanks and i think its suitability for a tortoise would depend on its size.

Vivarium is fully land, an aquarium is fully aquatic, paludarium is land and water, riparium is aquatic but half filled and gives the appearance of land through clever planting of terrestrial and aquatic plants, Arboreal tanks simulate treetops and fully aerial environments for animals like tree frogs and snakes.

Vivarium's are generally not built with a glass or silicone of sufficient quality and thickness to stand permanent water pressure and often have a back or front slide door for easy access and cleaning.
