What's the difference between a CT and a frenchTai

Okay guys/gals.. I just pass by a small family run Petstore and to my surprise I saw a crowntail for sale for $4 and I was told by the owner that it is a french tail betta not a crowntail... I have a crowntail and their fins looks the same.... What's the difference between these two strains I'll post pics soon.....

That's what the guy told me... It looks like a crowntail to me.....anyways it was sold to me the same price as common bettas....

Hey cutecotton the petstore is at Lawrence square plaza(right on lawrence when you exit allen road) it's right beside zellers inside the mall... I think it's a crowntail and there's about 2 left, I don't know if they would still have them, but you should check it out tommorow if you get the time.....

Lols halarious! I saw this new lfs and it was soooooooooo funny! They sold veils only and I saw some rip tailed and combtailed bettas and do you know what they called them?? Frizzled tailed bettas lol sorry to hijack
