is it possible for my clown pleco to be eating the clear cocking stuff that keeps the different pieces of glass together on the corners because he is always there and it seems like he is eating it is this possible ??? please help

The sealant in the corners of the tank tends to collected algae and detritus. Your plec is feeding on that, not the sealant itself.

Don't worry!

if the sealant really IS disapearing id get the plec out or you'll have alot of water on the floor

If the sealent is being eaten then you need to strip the tank down and replace it before the tank bursts.
Aquarium sealent is usually a silicon based rubber cement and not at all the sort of thing a fish should be eating!

look closely, if the silicone really is being eatn you should be able to see teeth marks as plecs have lots of small rasping teeth. I would try and check the underside of the plec. if your silicone is black and he is eating it then his stomache may appear very dark.

If you are genuinly concerned about the silicone you will be doing the right thing by dropping the water level, removing the fish & filter temorarily into a container of tank water and re-sealing the corners.
